Essential oils can be used to energise the body, encourage deep breathing, awaken the senses, and promote calm.
Gentle Flow
Gentle Flow classes can include breathing exercises and movements done at a slow pace. It may also include longer holds and even have rest in between poses. Gentle flow can be an excellent option for beginners to explore the physical body and strengthen muscles and joints while improve flexibility

Vinyasa & Yin
Vinyasa & Yin Yoga, is a yoga sequence that combines Vinyasa Yoga and Yin Yoga. This is normally done with Vinyasa as the first half of the sequence and Yin Yoga as the second half. The Vinyasa portion warms the body up and rids your body of excess Prana, or energy. After this, your body is ready to relax and lengthen during the Yin Yoga portion.
Power Yoga Flow*
Power Yoga Flow is the minimal cues yoga flow. It focuses on body awareness and involves much more dynamic asanas. The practice also focuses on the union of the mind, body and spirit. It unearths the idea that the spirit and mind can flourish when the body is open.
