Special Measure for COVID-19

Our Studio: Studio is sanitized at least once a day using regular sanitizers and UV+Ozone sanitization lights.

Feeling sick: For everyone’s safety and health, if you are feeling sick, have or suspect any COVID like symptons, please stay at home.

General Procedures

  • Always reserve your spot of classes
  • Door open 30 minutes before class begins
  • Please leave all shoes in the boot tray at the studio entrance
  • Please turn off your cellphone
  • Please talk softly at all time in the studio
  • Please refrain from wearing perfume/cologne/scent and from chewing gum during class
  • Classes always begin on time
  • Door will be locked promptly at the scheduled class start time no late entry will be granted
  • There is No eating in the studio
  • Leave valuble belongings at home or use a provided locker
  • Put away all props used after class

Studio Policies

Reservation: You must reserve the the spot of cleasses you would like to take. You may reserve through our Schedule, StudioBookings Mobile App or StudioBookings Website. You may also make the reservation in-person. If you need to cancel, you must do so at least 4 hours before that class begins. Please refer to our cancellation and no-show policies below for further information. Please also have the email “reminders & notifications” turned on to receive correspondence on the class you are attending. This will also assure you get notification should we need to cancel the class.

Cancellations: You must cancel your class reservation at least 4 hours or more prior to scheduled class start time in order to un-reserve your spot and have the credit returned to your account.

Late Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation less than 4 hours prior to class start time, you will be charged $5.00 late cancellation fee. If you hold a Class Package, class credit will only be returned to your account after the late cancellation fee is paid. Your account will be placed into on-hold status which means you could not book for any further classes until late cancellation fee is paid. This fee applies to your credit card on file or added as a negative balance on your account. No exceptions.

No-Shows:

For Single Drop-In Classes and Class Packages:

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, your class will be deducted from your account.

For Unlimited Memberships:

If you do not show up to class and do not cancel, you will be charged a no-show fee of $10.00. Your account will be placed into on-hold status which means you could not book for any further classes until no-show fee is paid. no-show fee applies to your credit card on file or added as a negative balance on your account. No exceptions.

It would be unfair to a fellow yogi who may have wanted to take a class and the spot was held; And it’s good karma.

Wait-listing:
Wait-listing allows yogis to wait for a class opening when a class is full in the event another student cancels. It’s highly recommended that you have notification enabled in StudioBookings to receive waitlist notifications via email. Such messages are not sent by text.

Wait-listing to a full class is on first-come-first-serve basis. If you plan NOT to attend after wait-listing or after gaining a spot, please remove yourself from the waitlist or cancel the reservation as soon as possible as a courtesy to other yogis who may also be waiting for a spot opening. Other yogis would greatly appreciate it, and you will as well. If you have added yourself into a waitlist for a class which is full, and gain a spot when another student cancels, we may consider this a standard reservation and all reservation no-show or late-cancellation policies may apply.

Class Pass Terms: All class passes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable and are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Any classes not used in duration (before expiration date) assigned are forfeit. No exceptions.

Unlimited Passes Terms: Unlimited Passes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. No extension can be made unless classes are cancelled by studio. In such case, an extension equals to the days affected will be added to member’s account at the end of current pass valid period (e.g., Studio closed for 3 dyas due to power outage, an 3 days extension will be added to unlimited pass holders’ account). No extension will be provided in case of members cannot attend classes due to their own reasons or classes are cancelled due to the act of God. No exceptions.

Auto Renew Terms: When you sign up for our monthly Auto-Renew membership, your credit card will be charged on the same date each month. Monthly Auto-Renew Members require 3 months minimum payment before cancellation can be granted.  Auto-Renew members must give at least 3 business days written notice to cancel or suspend a membership. No extension can be made in any circumstance. In the case that classes are cancelled by studio, a times pass equals to the days affected will be added to member’s account (e.g., Studio closed for 3 dyas due to power outage, an 3 times class pass will be added to auto-renew pass holders’ account). No extension will be provided in case of members cannot attend classes due to their own reasons or classes are cancelled due to the act of God. No exceptions.

Refund: No Refund. No exceptions.

How long are classes?

All classes we offer are 1 hour in length.

What should I wear?

You can wear any clothing you feel comforatble with while allow your body to stretch easily, such as a leotard, sweatpants and a shirt, or shorts and a T-shirt.

Do I have to bring my own mat ?

We highly recommend you to bring your own mats but should you need to borrow one. We offer yoga mats rental for free. Only 10 mats are available. Please clean the rental mats corner to corner, front to back after use with provided sanitizer. Rental mats are for fellow yogis who forgot to or could not bring their own mat in exceptional circumstance.

How about props?

We have all the props (blocks and blakets) you need but if you feel more comfortable bringing your own you may do so.

Can I join wait-list for a class if a spot is not available?
Yes, all classes have a set number of yogis who can wait for a spot opening in the event another yogi cancels. If you opt-in to be placed on the wait-list, and a fellow yogi cancels, you will be notified via email or text message that you were moved from the wait-list and now have reserved the class (You should have notification enabled within StudioBookings). Wait-list students are all on first-come-first-serve basis. If you plan NOT to attend after wait-listing, please remove yourself from the waitlist or reservation as a courtesy to other students wanting a spot. Please also read our policy on wait-lists above.

I feel some poses are too hard for me and I can’t follow, what should I do?

Find the edge of your body, do what you can. Treat your body gently and respectfully, don’t push too hard. The instructor will also give easier modification on some poses. Regardless of your level of yoga expertise, if you’re practicing regularly, you can feel better from head to toe.

Can I join yoga class if I got injured in the past or have health conditions?

Yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. And, if you’re going through an illness, recovering from surgery or living with a chronic condition, yoga can become an integral part of your treatment and potentially hasten healing. However, always ask your doctor for suggestions and approval.

Can I join the class if I am late?

No, door will be closed 5 minutes before the scheduled start time of classes. In order to let everyone enjoy a peaceful and uninterrupted class, no late entry will be granted. Late arrival will be treated as No-Show and penalties may apply (see No-Show policy above). No exceptions.

With the times class passes like 10 times or 30 times, is there a time limit for when these passes have to be used?

Yes. All class passes and drop-in pass are only valid for one year from the date of purchase. Any class not used will be forfeited. No exceptions.

Do you offer senior, student or teenager discount?

No. However, we have already carry relatively lower price among all studios in Winnipeg. Plus, everyone will get their first class free when signing up for an account with us.

Can the class passes be used for various classes?

Yes. Class passes can be used for all types of group classes listed on our website schedule.

Do you have to pre-register for each class?

Yes. You will have to sign up for an account at https://studiobookingsonline.com/inneryogastudio/signup. You could also download our mobile app “StudioBookings” and using keyword “inn” to find our studio and sign up an account from there. All classes have to be reserved using our booking system.

Do prices include taxes?

No. All prices listed on our website does not include taxes. Applicable taxes will be applied at check out.
